The Town in Graveyard Keeper 2

The Town is no longer a distant joke or blocked destination. Centuries after its ancient founding and later medieval life, it is nearly abandoned and overrun. The Grand Inquisitor reclaims it district by district, restores civic and commercial buildings, and builds a living economy that feeds back into the graveyard.

FIELD DECISION / 01

What to do with this information

  1. Read restoration and buildings as separate decision layers.
  2. Track each district’s combat, civic, market, and graveyard consequences.
  3. Avoid maps until locations can be verified in the live build.

LEDGER NOTE / 02

A city with two histories

The developers describe ancient grandeur from the Old Mighty God’s era beneath a later medieval settlement. The visible result is a dense, layered place rather than a single village strip, and the art team built a modular construction kit to support that density.
